Serkan Cay MD

Dr. Serkan Cay, MD, is a professor of Cardiology at the University of Health Sciences, Ankara, Turkey. He received his M.D. from Hacettepe University and eventually became a cardiology specialist at the cardiology center of Yuksek Ihtisas Heart-Education and Research Hospital in 2007.

After his 5-year career as a specialist there, Dr. Cay became an associate professor at the cardiology center of Yuksek Ihtisas Heart-Education and Research Hospital in 2012.

After his 6-year career as an associate professor there, Dr. Cay became a professor at the cardiology center of Yuksek Ihtisas Heart-Education and Research Hospital in 2018. In addition to teaching, Dr. Cay is a member of the Division of Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology.

His research interests are Cardiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Heart Rhythm Disorders, Heart Diseases, Cardiac Function, and Heart Failure.
