His Areas of interest include general thoracic surgery, surgery for pulmonary tuberculosis, video thoracoscopy and video-assisted thoracic surgery, bronchology, surgery of mediastinum and chest wall, development and introduction of new methods of thoracic surgery, in particular electrochemical lysis, management of MDR-TB.
