Sergei Sokol is currently working as a Professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He had completed his Doctor of Philosophy at Harvard University. He is Specialized in Biochemistry. Dr. Sokol's research is focused on signaling molecules regulating cell polarity and cell movements during vertebrate development. He also studies molecular mechanisms regulating neuronal differentiation of neural stem/progenitor cells.
