Serdar Bedii Omay

Dr. Serdar Bedii Omay is from Mardin. He graduated from Ankara Science High School in 1979. He entered the Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1979. In 1985, he did his compulsory duty as a general practitioner in Ağrı. He worked as an Internal Medicine Specialist at Ege University in 1990. Dr. Serdar Bedii Omay, Hematology Specialist and Molecular Hematology Doctor in Japan Mie Medical Faculty in 1995, Assistant Professor in Ege Medical Faculty Hematology Department in 1997, Associate Professor in Ege Medical Faculty Hematology Department in 1997, Ege Medical Faculty Hematology in 2003 He had the title of Professor in the Science Department. Establishing Ege University Leukemia Biology Laboratory, Omay assumed the position of Head of Hematology Department at KATU Medical Faculty in 2005. He became the Founding Rector of Mardin Artuklu University in 2008. prof. Dr. Serdar Bedii Omay has been working as a Hematology Specialist at Emsey Hospital since 2015.
