Dr. Dalbayrak is currently Associate Professor at Bezmialem University. He has received PhD degree from Dr. Lutfi Kirdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital. He is specialized in Neurosuregry. He has received Proceedings of the Year Award 2008 & Attentive Turkish Award (E88), Proceedings of the Year Award 2009 & sixth place award in Oral Presentations (E91), SB Istanbul Directorate of Health Services Certificate of Thanks & 2008.
