Sebastiano Battaglia PhD

Sebastiano came from a background in transcriptional regulation, genetics and bioinformatics and he work on merging together those complementary disciplines with final goal of developing neoantigen specific immunotherapies for patients with ovarian cancer. The focus of his lab is to exploit the genetic characteristics of tumor cells by combining bioinformatics and molecular biology approaches. Their aim to develop translational approaches that can be used in the clinic to improve current standard of care and ultimately offer potent therapeutic opportunities to cancer patients.
