Dr. Sebastian Arana-Garza, MD, FACS, Founder of Bariatric Surgery Experts. He was born in the city of Monterrey NL, Dr. Arana graduated with the title of Surgeon and Midwife from the University of Monterrey (UdeM). He completed his specialization in General Surgery at the Christus Mugerza High Specialty Hospital and later in Basic and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery at the same institution. He has more than 12 years of experience in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery and Bariatric Surgery.

It has the Certification of the Mexican Council of General Surgery and the Mexican College of Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Diseases. In addition to being an active member of the most prestigious and accredited national and international associations.
