Sean R. McKenna have started a firm dedicated to solving clients' healthcare needs and representing companies and executives in white collar cases and investigations. I offer clients 20 years healthcare and white collar enforcement experience, as well as fraud and abuse insight and analysis. Most of my professional experience was with the federal government (CMS, OIG, and DOJ), investigating and resolving civil, criminal, and administrative healthcare and white collar fraud investigations, matters, and cases.

Sean R. McKenna have been a member and Co-Chair of the ABA Health Law Section’s Membership Committee for the past 5 years and a member of the State Bar of Texas’s Health Law Section Council since 2013. He continue to be honored to represent clients in enforcement, litigation, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters since 2013.
