Dr.Tonidandel is currently Associate Professro at Davidson College. He has received BA, PhD degrees from Davidson College, Rice University.His research interests are span a wide variety of topics including issues related to computerized testing (like the computerized GRE exam for graduate school), the effects of employee mentoring programs, predictors of leadership effectiveness, and the impact of diversity in organizations.
