Scott Tittle JD

Tittle joined NCAL from the Indiana Health Care Association and the Indiana Center for Assisted Living a state affiliate of AHCA/NCAL where he served as president from 2010-15.​ An attorney by background, Scott is a former member of the Indianapolis law firm of Krieg DeVault, where he practiced in the firm’s health care, governmental affairs, and business practices groups. Prior to that role, Tittle served as Health Policy Director to Indiana Governor​ Mitch Daniels where he was responsible for executing health care initiatives through the legislative process as well as the state’s health-related agencies. Tittle also dealt with policies pertaining to the care of the elderly, including assisted living and other long-term care services. Scott received his law degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his undergraduate degrees from Vanderbilt University.
