Scott Roman JD

Scott Roman is a California licensed attorney who has practiced health care law since 1984. In addition to his law degree, Scott has a master’s degree in health care administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Scott began his career with the federal government. After that, he spent several years working for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Associations as a consultant to some of the major medical and hospital associations such as the AMA and AHA. He now combines his business, insurance, and legal experience to advise his health care clients.

His clients include physicians and medical groups, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. He also works with many residents and fellows, and frequently lectures at local medical schools. He has consulted and advised over 50 state medical and hospital associations on health care matters.
