Scott J. Miscovich MD

Dr. Scott Miscovich is a Family Physician and owner of Windward Primary Care Physicians and Windward Urgent Care in Kaneohe. He served as Chairman of the State of Hawaii Narcotics Working Group (HO’OLA) where he focuses on reducing overdose deaths and while promoting best practices in pain management and opiates and protecting the rights and access to those chronic pain patients who appropriately utilize these prescription medications.
