Scott Isaac Horn DO

Dr. Horn is an interventional spine and musculoskeletal physiatrist at a private practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill. After completing his fellowship training in Interventional Spine Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he began his service on the Spine Intervention Society's Socioeconomic Committee (now Health Policy Division) and Coding Subcommittee as well as the NASS Coding Committee. He volunteers as faculty for spinal injection and coding courses and holds an appointment as The Spine Intervention Society's Advisor to the American Medical Association's CPT Editorial Panel. He currently serves on the SIS Board of Directors as Chair of the Health Policy Division.
