Scott E. Hendrickson DO, FACOI

Dr. Hendrickson earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at the University of Central Oklahoma in 1994. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. His postgraduate training included an internship in family medicine and a residency in internal medicine at Tulsa Regional Medical Center, completed in 2002.

In 2002, Dr. Hendrickson joined Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences as Associate Professor of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine. Later, he served as Hospitalist at a regional medical center in Oklahoma. From 2011 to 2013, Dr. Hendrickson completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Oklahoma State University Medical Center, which included training at CTCA. He then worked in a gastroenterology specialist practice and joined CTCA as a gastroenterologist in September 2014.

Dr. Hendrickson is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He holds a license to practice medicine through the State of Oklahoma. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Osteopathic Association, the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, the Tulsa Osteopathic Medical Society, the Osteopathic Founders Foundation and the American College of Osteopathic Internists. In 2007, he was awarded the title of Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, a recognition of excellence in teaching and contribution to education.
