Scott Greer PhD

Scott Edward Lennarson Greer is a political scientist who researches the ways in which political systems operate and shape health policy decisions. He has done extensive research on a variety of topics, including COVID-19 policy response, health governance, strategic purchasing in health care, the politics of public health and disaster response, federalism, science policy, and European integration. He conducts research on the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States in particular. He is also Senior Expert Advisor on Health Governance to the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies.
