Scott Doolan is an Assistant Vice President of Health Care Management for Partners Health Plan & Care Design New York. He is a Registered Nurse with experience and licensure in three countries, each of which had a different approach to healthcare, he had the opportunity to view vastly different approaches to the provision of healthcare. He received his Bachelor of Nursing Science from St. Angela's College and Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
