Scott Clemens

Dr. Scott Clemens is a Medical Director with New West Physicians, a multi-specialty group practice with 100 providers in 18 offices throughout the Denver metro area in Colorado. New West Physicians has an extensive background in population health management, quality improvement, and quality incentive based reimbursement. New West was the recipient of the AMGA’s national Acclaim Award recognizing high performance medical groups. Dr. Clemens has clinical experience as a hospitalist and currently manages a thriving office-based primary care practice.
