Dr. Scott Barlow serves as the CEO of Revere Health formerly known as Central Utah Clinic, the largest independent physician group in the State of Utah. Revere Health employs over 1,900 individuals with over 400 providers practicing at over 100 urban and rural clinic locations and hospitals throughout the State of Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. Revere Health has received numerous national and local awards for its use of technology to provide and measure high-quality cost-effective care to over 600,000 individuals with over 1,400,000 patient visits annually.

Scott lives in Salem, Utah, and has been in the healthcare industry for 28 years. He originally was the Associate Director for the non-profit community health centers located in Salt Lake County and has spent the past 23 years in private group practice management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Health Care Administration. He serves on various community boards, including the Nebo Education Foundation, United Way of Utah County – Board Chair (2020 – 2022), Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce (President 2017) – a member of the Executive Roundtable and Public Policy Committee, Governor’s appointed commissioner on the Utah Digital Health Service Commission for ten years including Commission Chair and appointed as a Board of Trustee member for MTECH, University of Utah MHA/MBA Advisory Board (Capstone Class Speaker) and more. He has a keen sense of the health needs of the community and actively pursues programs to improve health services to patients and to the community.
