Sarah Takash Lapner MD, FRCPC

Sarah Takach Lapner trained in internal medicine and hematology at the University of Ottawa. She completed a fellowship in thrombosis at McMaster at the Juravinski Hospital, including a Master's degree in Clinical Epidemiology. Sarah is currently a member of the Division of Hematology at the University of Alberta and practices hematology in Edmonton with a special interest in thrombosis medicine.
