Sarah completed her PhD in Psychology at the University of Nottingham in 2008. She moved into health services research in Manchester in 2009, working across a variety of trials of mental health interventions. She was based in the Centre for Primary Care, holding a Fellowship award with the National School for Primary Care Research, a collaboration of the nine leading academic primary care centres in England, before joining the Greater Manchester CLAHRC in 2015.
