Sarah Djebali PhD

Sarah Djebali is a Bioinformatics researcher of Computational Biology at the French Institute of Health and Medical Research. She received her Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Evry-Val d Essonne. She experienced Postdoctoral Researcher with particular expertise in functional genome annotation (transcriptomics and regulatory genomics). After a PhD in computational biology (gene finding), she did a postdoc at the Centre for Genomic Regulation in Barcelona where she actively participated in the encode and the mouse encode international efforts. She applying her skills in functional annotation to livestock species in order to help understand the genotype to phenotype relationship for traits of agronomic importance.
