Sarah Bellars

Sarah qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1993 at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London and worked there for a short time on an HIV unit. For the past 19 years she has worked in a variety of roles and areas within the Berkshire health economy, including Acute Medicine, Gynaecology and Infection Prevention and Control in both provider and commissioner roles.

For the past 12 years she has held nursing roles that focused on quality and improvement in health care and has made a significant contribution to the reduction of both Health Care Associated Infections and Acquired pressure ulcers.
