Dr. Sara Kazim obtained her board from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Emergency Medicine and completed a fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology. Dr. Kazim trained at McGill University from 2007-2014. She is noted to enjoy working within a team and has excellent leadership skills. She collaborates well with her teachers and colleague. Of special interest to her is the passion to teach and learn. She organized a highly rated medical simulation course on different critical toxicological scenarios for emergency medicine residents in Montreal, Canada and in Dubai, UAE. Dr. Kazim was trained and worked in different hospitals in Dubai as well as internationally in Montreal, Calgary and New York. She presented at regional and international conferences. She has several publications in the field of emergency medicine and medical toxicology. Dr. Kazim has recently joined Rashid Hospital in Dubai and is happy to be part of emergency medicine family in the UAE.
