Sara Mcelroy RN, BSN

Sara is a Registered Nurse and Certified Dental Assistant. She earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts at Bristol Community College, Nursing Degree from Quincy College, and just completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts, Boston campus. Sara developed a passion for esthetic nursing. She has earned a certificate from the National Laser Institute for botox and dermal filler injectables.

Sara is highly active in continuing education, taking numerous private onsite and offsite courses focusing upon injectables, skin rejuvenation, and other aspects of esthetic management. Sara is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Sara is intimately involved in teaching as well. She is the Educational Coordinator for the Institute for Comprehensive Implant Therapy (ICIT), spending quite a bit of time helping to formulate courses and plan organizational events both nationally and internationally with the ICIT’s Director, Dr. Paul Fugazzotto. As an ICIT faculty member, Sara teaches during the ICITs Master Practice Growth Program, and is the primary speaker at the ICITs Dental Ambassador Program. Most importantly, Sara blends clinical skills and an artistic sense when performing therapies for clients and patients, delivering optimal results with a minimum amount of treatment.

Sara’s cultural competence ensures that she treats every client and patient as an individual. In addition to Sara’s undeniable talent with esthetic therapy, she works closely with Dr. Fugazzotto in the treatment of muscle pain and TMJ disorders. Sara’s diagnostic insight, technical capabilities and concern and empathy for all clients are unsurpassed.
