Sara Mahmood BS, DPM

Sara Mahmood, D.P.M., is a podiatric surgeon at Northwest Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Mahmood is part of the multidisciplinary limb preservation team dedicated to treatment and management of diabetic foot and limb-threatening vascular diseases. She is passionate about educating patients about their condition and all treatment options that are available to them. She encourages patients and their families to communicate openly allowing them to be a vital member of their healthcare team. Trust and compassion are the values that are most important to her when it comes cultivating the patient-provider relationship, and therefore she strives to make them a priority in every patient interaction.

Dr. Mahmood is a Seattle native. She earned her D.P.M. at Temple University. During her residency, Her primary clinical interest is in management of diabetic foot and vascular diseases of the lower extremity.
