Sanjeev has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare industry including specialty pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals with deep experience in strategy, business development, strategic alliances, and product commercialization.

At Cornerstone, Sanjeev is responsible for corporate and business development, including planning and execution of strategic growth initiatives, external partnerships, operational leadership, oversee IR function, lead discussions with analysts and investment banks, VC/Crossover.

He provides enterprise level strategic leadership for valuation, pipeline evaluations, portfolio assessment, competitive intelligence, business analytics and insights. He also advises and pursues financing opportunities such as research, development and commercialization partnerships, IPO, directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts.
