Sanjay A. Garude MBBS, MS Orth, D’Orth, FCPS Orth, DNB Orth, MChOrth

Dr. Sanjay Garude is a consultant in the Department of Orthopaedics at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre. A gold medalist from Mumbai University, Dr. Garude earned extensive training from the UK for three years. After completing MBBS, he pursued MS Orth, D Orth, and DNB Orth. He completed his MCh Orthopaedics degree from Liverpool, UK in 1997. He is also a qualified Fellow of the College of Physicians & Surgeons (Orthopaedics).

Dr. Sanjay Garude has a rich experience of over 20 years in shoulder surgery and arthroscopy. Prior to his association with our hospital, he was associated with leading multi-specialty hospitals in Mumbai in the fields of shoulder surgery, arthroscopy, and sports medicine. He has gained significant exposure to shoulder surgery and arthroscopies of all joints through his global travels spanning USA, France, and Australia.

Dr. Garude is an active member and faculty at various national meetings organized by the Indian Arthroscopy Society. He delivers talks and conducts arthroscopy training workshops all over the country. He has also published papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Garude is a keen sportsman himself and plays cricket, rides cycles, and treks avidly in the Sahyadris and the Himalayas.
