Sanja Majanovic MD, PhD

Sanja Klobucar Majanovic MD Ph.D. graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Rijeka, Croatia in 2000. She completed her training in internal medicine and endocrinology at the Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka. She currently works at the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolic Diseases, Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka. She is a secretary of the Croatian Society of Obesity and Croatian Society of Endocrinology and a member of ESE (European Society of Endocrinology), EASD (European Association for the Study of Diabetes), EASO (European Association for the Study of Obesity), and WOF(World Obesity Federation). Her main scientific interests are focused on obesity, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
