Sandra L. Weber MD, FACP, FACE

Dr. Weber is president of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). She has been an active member of AACE since her endocrinology fellowship in Miami. She has been active in membership, FACE (Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology), chapter development and leadership. Dr. Weber is honored to represent AACE at this meeting.

Dr. Sandra Weber is Professor of Medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine - Greenville and is Chief of the Division of Endocrinology at the Greenville Health System in Greenville, South Carolina. She received her medical degree from Northwestern University, Honors Program in Medical Education. She completed her internship, residency, chief residency, and fellowship at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. Dr. Weber specializes in Type 1 diabetes, diabetes prevention and general endocrinology. Dr. Weber is involved in medical school and residency teaching programs as well as Chair of Continuing Medical Education. She is a strong believer in life long education.
