Samuel Philip Madeira ND

Dr. Madeira graduated from Bastyr University with a doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bastyr University as well, receiving a B.Sc. in Herbal Sciences & Pre-Medicine sciences. During medical school, he focused on advanced training in Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Pain medical care.

Dr. Madeira has completed advanced training in Botanical Medicine, Men’s Health & Hormones, Women’s Hormones, Chronic Disease Treatments, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Autoimmune Disease care, Neural Therapy, Prolotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP), Umbilical Stem Cell Therapy, & Intravenous (IV) Vitamin and Nutrient Therapies.

While in medical school he attended rotations at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, Ballard Senior Center, and preceptorships shadowing Dr. Eric Yarnell, and Dr. Paul Anderson for over 12 months each.

He gained further inspiration when he had rotation at Mary’s Place in Seattle, an urban homeless women’s day shelter center. Prior to medical school he worked as a Wilderness EMT and on the Ski Patrol in Vermont & New Hampshire. He is honored to be to able offer a variety of services at Apollo Health Clinic for his patients.
