Samuel Kwang-wei Chu BA, MD

Dr. Chu completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship in sports medicine at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) and Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. He has held multiple leadership positions including chief resident as well as Vice President of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Resident Physician Council.

He is currently serving as the representative from the Association of Academic Physiatrists to the American Medical Association. Dr. Chu has published over 15 peer-reviewed articles and has given more than 15 national research presentations, with particular interests in outcomes research as well as medical education.
