Dr. Samina Yunus is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than three decades of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families. She serves as an Associate Staff Physician in the Department of Family Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, where she is recognized for her commitment to preventive medicine, adolescent health, women's health, and chronic disease management.
Dr. Yunus earned her medical degree from the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in Puducherry, India. She completed her internship and residency training in Family Practice at Lutheran Medical Center, affiliated with NYU Langone Health in Brooklyn, New York. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Board-certified in Family Medicine and Adolescent Medicine, Dr. Yunus has dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across all stages of life. Her clinical interests include adolescent medicine, women's health, preventive care, health and wellness, and the management of chronic medical conditions. She is fluent in English and Urdu, enabling her to effectively serve a diverse patient population.
