Sam is a Consultant Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist, She seeking opportunities to assist food-related businesses in designing, building, and empowering their internal nutrition framework and their external presence in consumer audiences. She work with food businesses to create transparency in their product by providing scientific support and an evidence-based standpoint, and building clear consumer messaging to translate the benefits of specific food products. On the Culinary side, she stay current with food trends through personal research as well as acting as Meze Cook at a nationally-acclaimed restaurant.
