Dr Sam Mohiddin is a Consultant Cardiologist at BMI The London Independent Hospital and trained at Edinburgh University Medical School. Dr Mohiddin's interests and training in cardiomyopathies developed during 6 years at the Inherited Cardiac Diseases Section of the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI, NIH, USA) where he won the Young Investigator award at the American Heart Association.
