Sadlik had special achievements include his own modifications of the anatomical bilateral reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament and the development of the method of bioimplant implantation in the treatment of articular cartilage defects using dry arthroscopy. He is Organizer and co-organizer of specialist courses for surgeons in the field of articular cartilage treatment, knee and ankle arthroscopy as well as foot and ankle surgery.
