Sabrina Restrepo PhD

Sabrina Restrepo is Associate Director – Component Engineering, Global Sterile & Validation Center of Excellence and is a member of the Single-Use Network (SUN) Council at Merck & Co. Sabrina's responsibilities at Merck have included technical support for culture media and Black Widow Spider Antivenin manufacturing and strategic initiatives, deployment of single-use systems in vaccine manufacturing, technical collaborations with single-use systems’ suppliers and regulatory remediation plans.

Her current role involves support for single use technologies in vaccine and biologics manufacturing, co-lead of the single-use mixing technical sub-team as part of the Single-Use Network, and participation in the Peer Mentoring Program as part of the Women In Science and Engineering (WISE) Program.
