Saakshi Khattri MD, FACR, FAAD

Dr. Saakshi Khattri is a board-certified rheumatologist and dermatologist with specialized expertise in autoimmune and inflammatory skin diseases. She completed her Rheumatology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters. During her training, she received multiple awards recognizing her research contributions.

As Director of the Dermatology/Rheumatology Service, Dr. Khattri is actively involved in clinical and translational research focused on psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, scleroderma (systemic sclerosis), and morphea. She serves as a principal investigator for clinical trials aimed at advancing treatment options for these complex conditions.

Her clinical interests include inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases, medical dermatology, rheumatology-dermatology overlap disorders, alopecia, acne, rosacea, and cosmetic dermatology. She provides a range of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, Botox, dermal fillers, and laser procedures.

Dr. Khattri divides her time between patient care and research, with a focus on understanding immune pathway abnormalities to develop novel biomarkers and targeted therapies. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys practicing yoga and mindfulness.
