Ruth Hanselman BA, MBA

Ruth Hanselman is Program Manager for Operational Excellence at Maine Medical Center, where she supports the implementation of process improvement techniques in a tertiary care teaching environment. An advocate for high-quality, high-value patient care, Ms. Hanselman enjoys helping frontline caregivers use Lean improvement tools to advance health care outcomes. She brings a background in event planning, organizational development, and IT to her work. Ms. Hanselman has a BA degree in English and psychology from the University of Maine and is pursuing an MBA at Husson University.
