Russell Scott Rowe MD, MBA, FAAD, FAAFP

Dr. Russell Rowe, MD, MBA, FAAD, FAAFP, a board-certified dermatologist and diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine. He did a transitional internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, followed by a family practice residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, Georgia.

Dr. Rowe served in various positions as a member of the U.S. Army including Battalion Flight Surgeon in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Commander and Medical Director at the U.S. Army Health Clinic in Livorno Camp Darby, Italy, Chief of Aviation Medicine at Fort Eustis, Virginia, Division Surgeon at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, and Command Surgeon at Stuttgart, Germany. He completed a dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and served as Chief of Dermatology at Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood.
