Dr. Ruprai has over 20 years of experience providing functional, endoscopic, laparoscopic, reproductive, and aesthetic gynecological treatments. Her holistic approach is very popular with patients and extends to anti-aging medicine that incorporates hormonal balance control, nutrition, and optimal health and well-being. She has many publications to her credit and is on the editorial board of International Medical Journals.

Dr. Ruprai further advanced her training from reputed institutes in Germany, France, Malaysia, and the USA, and has taken specialized training (certified by the European and American Board) in applications of energy-based devices and advanced cosmetic procedures in functional gynecology. She has been awarded Associate Membership to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) in the UK.
