Dr. Rosa Maria Vivanco-Hidalgo, MPH, MD, PhD is an Head of Health Quality and Assessment Agency of Catalonia. Hidalgo is a doctor specializing in neurology, doctor of medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​Master in Public Health from the Pompeu Fabra University and is currently director of Health Technology Assessment and Quality, and coordinator of the Area of Assessment at the Health Quality and Assessment Agency of Catalonia. It is a member of the Spanish Network of Health Technology Assessment Agencies and is part of the Global Policy Forum of the HTAi, an international scientific and professional health technology assessment society. He is also a teacher in masters and postgraduate courses in digital health.
