Dr. Rosa Geremias, PhD, is an academic researcher and educator specializing in organizational behavior, psychological capital, and human resource management. She holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences with a specialty in Organizational Behavior from the University of Lisbon’s Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas, and earned earlier degrees in Business Sciences from the Universidade de Lisboa’s Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão and in Business Management from Universidade Agostinho Neto in Angola. Dr. Geremias has served as an Invited Adjunct Professor at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa (ISCAL) — Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon, teaching and supervising in areas related to organizational studies and management practices.

Her extensive research includes peer-reviewed publications on topics such as psychological capital, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work–family conflict, including articles indexed in journals such as Administrative Sciences and Healthcare. She has also contributed to international research on internal learning networks and team dynamics, and her scholarship has been recognized with awards for academic contributions and best article distinctions. Dr. Geremias has presented her work at global conferences and serves as a thought leader in organizational psychology, exploring how positive psychological resources influence leadership, employee outcomes, and workplace behavior.
