Ronald M. Perkin MD, MA

Dr. Perkin is Professor and Chairman, Department of Pediatrics at the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University. He also serves as Medical Director, Children's Hospital, University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina and Chief of Pediatrics , Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville, North Carolina.

He obtained his MD degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospitl in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Perkin is board certified in pediatrics and in pediatric critical care medicine. He is a Fellow of the Americal Academy of Pediatrics and The American College of Critical Care Medicine.
