Prof. Dr. Roland Goldbrunner studied medicine and got a doctorate from Regensburg and Wurzburg. He also worked as a professional at the University of Würzburg. Currently, a surgeon serving as a director for the general Neurosurgery clinic and managing director of the Center of Neurosurgery. Prof. Dr. Roland Goldbrunner completed his higher education in Germany, and after that, he graduated from Berlin University. He did his specialization in Neurosurgery from the Berlin University in Germany. He did his fellowship program in brain and spine deformities in the USA. After that, he came back to Germany and did his research training at the University Hospital Cologne.
Prof. Dr. Roland Goldbrunner started his professional career in neurosurgery at Cologne University Hospital. After working there for three years, he went to the USA for a diploma and also served there as a visiting neurosurgeon. On his return to Germany, he joined Charite University hospital and worked there as a senior neuro specialist. He worked in the institute for two years. After that, he joined Ulm university hospital and was promoted to a senior neurosurgeon for pediatrics. Later, he joined the University hospital Cologne and currently, he is working there as head of the neurosurgery department.
