Rohit Budhiraja MD

Dr. Rohit Budhiraja is a physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He received his medical degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India). He then completed a residency in internal medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, followed by two fellowships: the first in pulmonary and critical care at Tufts Medical Center, and the second in sleep medicine at Henry Ford Hospital. He is board-certified in pulmonary disease and sleeps medicine.

A specialist in sleep medicine, Dr. Budhiraja’s main research interests include the cardiovascular consequences of sleep apnea, adherence to PAP therapy and epidemiology of sleep-disordered breathing. He has published multiple peer-reviewed publications and is an associate editor of both the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine and the Sleep for the Southwest Journal of Pulmonary and Critical Care.
