Roger Reddel PhD, BSc, MBBS, FRACP, FAA

Professor Roger Reddel BSc (Med) MBBS PhD FRACP FAAHMS FAA, Lorimer Dods Professor and Director, Children's Medical Research Institute. His research at CMRI investigates the "immortalisation" of cancer cells, and he and his lab team are known internationally for discoveries regarding telomere length maintenance, and especially the discovery of the Alternative Lengthening of Telomeres mechanism. He is also a co-founder of the ACRF International Centre for the Proteome of Human Cancer (ProCan), which is focussed on delivery of proteogenomic data to the cancer clinic.
