Roger J. Kruse MD

Dr. Roger Kruse is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He is a member of ProMedica Physicians and brings expertise in regenerative medicine to the Toledo area. He is committed to improving the quality of life for athletes and others who may be living with chronic joint pain, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, torn ligaments or knee, hip, shoulder, back or ankle pain. Dr. Kruse utilizes cutting edge medicine as a non-surgical option to treat patients. Regenerative medicine, which adds an additional element to his current 25-year practice, offers advanced procedures and new techniques.

Dr. Kruse is nationally and internationally known for leadership in sports medicine and musculoskeletal medicine. He was the team physician for three Olympic Games and head team physician for the U.S. Olympic team in Nagano, Japan. Dr. Kruse is currently the head physician for the University of Toledo. His philosophy is to treat the whole patient on an individual basis—encouraging a healthy diet, exercise, preventative medicine and regenerative medicine, when appropriate.
