Dr. Rodney Chan is Chief of Plastic Surgery at the United States Army Burn Center and Associate Professor of Surgery for Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He received his medical training at Harvard Medical School and then completed his Plastic Surgery training at the Harvard combined program in Plastic Surgery. For 10 years, Dr. Chan trained at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth-Isreal Deaconess Medical Center and Children’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Chan’s clinical and research focus is obtaining early coverage of complex and burn wounds and their long-term outcomes. Dr. Chan is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery, and Canada’s Royal College of Surgeons.
