Robyn Curran joined the Knowledge Translation Unit in July 2017 as a process evaluator. Robyn obtained her Bachelor of Nursing, Master in Nursing Research, and Ph.D. in Nursing at the University of KwaZulu Natal. Since completing her undergraduate studies Robyn has primarily worked in maternal and child health in hospital and clinic settings as well as clinical research roles at the South African Medical Research Council and UKZN Department of Paediatrics. She has also worked at University College London as a research nurse and for a disease management company in India. Robyn is also passionate about social justice issues such as human trafficking and volunteers with the Freedom Collaborative, a global collaboration of anti-trafficking organizations.
