Robin Belcher-timme PsyD, ABPP, CCHP-MH

Robin Belcher-Timme is a forensic psychologist practicing at the intersection of law and psychology. He completed a dual-degree program at the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University, where he earned his Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and Master of Arts in Criminal Justice (MACJ). Dr. Timme then completed a post-doctoral fellowship in forensic psychology at Central State Hospital in Petersburg, Virginia, while studying forensic evaluation through the Institute for Law, Psychiatry, and Public Policy at the University of Virginia's School of Law.

Dr. Timme has a particular interest in treating correctional populations and consulting with public health and public safety systems. Dr. Timme worked for Connections Community Support Programs as the Statewide Director of Mental Health and Vice President for Correctional Healthcare, overseeing medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare throughout the Delaware Department of Correction. He remains on staff with Connections as Chief Psychologist and provides consultation, supervision, evaluation, and psychotherapy services to patients within Delaware's correctional facilities. Dr. Timme is a regular speaker at local and national conferences, where he presents on topics ranging from trauma-informed leadership to strategies for connecting large systems of care.
